Your satisfaction at WafflePaw is our priority. Since we ship directly from our suppliers to maintain low prices and a minimalist footprint, our policy is as follows:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@wafflepaw.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Change of Mind: Because we operate on a lean dropshipping model, we currently do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
